Pre- Order Item Information & Shipping Information

We are Currently in the Process of Changing our Shipping Policy. All orders placed from the 10th Of June 2019 will be directly shipped from our Suppliers via epacket, this will cut down shipping time and allow you to receive your product quicker!

JAK Kids works with different manufacturers and artisans across the world to source our products at the prices that suit you. This results in all our orders being shipped to you from across the world - from Thailand and China to Morocco. Therefore, your orders might come in different packages at different times.
Yet because your products are coming from so far away they often take  
2-3 weeks to arrive. So no worrying if the product doesn't arrive the next day! Most of the time our product will arrive a lot quicker, but we want you to be aware this is out of our control!
We are doing our best to be able to ship all over the world, but currently we only ship to Australia, New Zealand, United States of America, United Kingdom and Canada. 

You will receive a tracking number within 3-5 days of placing your order and your order can be tracked via Australia Post.

 Please allow up to 3 to 5 business days for your payment to process on our end. Your item will then take 13-20 days for you to receive it.


Whilst we appreciate your anticipation of receiving your items, you may receive multiple packages if ordering multiple items. 

This information is for preorder items. Please read the following. 

A preorder is an item we may have manufactured for us and will require a manufacturing timeframe. 

An item may also be offered on preorder if there a high demand, or excessive orders for, which will allow us time to process all orders.


We give an approximate processing time of between 2- 3 weeks or quicker. 

* Please note, that while we carry a number of different styles, there may be slight delays in manufacturing or international shipping hold ups for manufactured items to arrive to us. This is not intentional and apologise in advance if there may be a delay in a particular line or item, Unfortunately, we cannot be accountable for delays in processing due to customs, importing or manufacturing delays. 

If a delay has occurred with your preorder, we have the right to offer you a replacement option or credit note. We do not offer refunds if you choose or select a preorder item. 


If you select EXPRESS POSTAGE, this will also NOT change the Preorder Processing time. Express Shipping is a service that Australia Post will use once your order has 

If your Preorder is within the above mentioned timeframe, please use the above information as reference. We cannot answer every email regarding a preorder, please allow up to 3 weeks as stated before contacting us.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, our policy is no refunds for change of mind, coinciding with the Australian Consumer Act, this included preorders. 


Under no circumstances can we be held accountable for information which has been provided but not read, misread or ignored. We do not refund orders if you have missed reading this at the checkout.
